Buildings Project Engineer

Working for a prominent organisation in Dover as a Buildings Project Engineer (on a fixed term contract through to 2027), you will be part of a significant infrastructure project. You will oversee the buildings aspect of a large project from inception to completion. Construction companies, "Framework" contractors, operational teams, and several estate stakeholders will all need to work together to deliver the project in a live, functioning environment. In order to achieve the needed project objectives, it would be your responsibility to guarantee that the project's buildings scopes are successfully established and managed. Technical proficiency in the design and build process, as well as effective supply chain and stakeholder coordination, are crucial.

* BSc/BEng in Construction Management / Building / Building Services or similar
* Project Management Qualification from APM or alternative relevant professional organisation or demonstrable experience
* A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as project manager for building construction projects
* Fulfilling the role of Project Manager under the NEC contracts
* Managing a portfolio of construction projects
* A demonstrable understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation
* Good user skills in MS Office and MS Project
* Full driving licence and own transport
