Practice and Compliance Manager
Stratford, permanent and full-time
Monday to Friday between 09:00 am to 05:30 pm
Salary £30k-£60k Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR and Compliance teams
- Assist Managing Director
- Chair board meetings
- Assist in managing risk and breaches
- Ensure adherence to regulations for confidentiality and data protection
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations
- Handle client complaints
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate preparation for assessments and accreditations
- Communicate directives to staff
- Follow SRA rules and regulations
- Incorporate equality and diversity objectives
- Review, draft, and develop policies and procedures
- Coordinate production and analysis of management information
- Maintain registers and plans
- Maintain staff immigration records
- Promote positive company culture
- Continuously update knowledge of new legislation
- Adapt to changes in responsibilities as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by Managing Director.
