You will be the Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Lead
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Provide relevant candidate market insight
Oversee the development of LinkedIn as a candidate attraction tool and encourage business wide participation in supporting candidate attraction and developing the brand
Deploy candidate attraction strategies to deliver a diverse range of quality candidates
Build pools of potential candidates for future roles from a variety of sources
Devise an efficient process that provides high quality candidates for leaders and an outstanding candidate journey for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring induction plans and goals are set for new hires.
Ensure leadership visibility of talent pipeline
Support the succession planning process, and ensure gaps are considered in future hiring activity and help business leaders identify other opportunities to bridge the gaps.
Advise the business leadership on how to define skill sets required to achieve their strategic goals.
Build alumni of former colleagues to track their careers for potential rehire.
Build data to evaluate talent acquisition process including (but not limited to) time to hire, Glass Door percentage of candidates interviewed data on competitor salaries and benefits
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIPD qualified, level 7 with at least 5 years recruitment experience at a leadership level
Understanding of end to end employee attraction and selection strategies
Continuous improvement mindset to create efficiencies, develop the quality of candidates and candidate experience
Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
Good Knowledge of legislation relating to recruitment
Able to negotiate effectively with vendors
Good understanding and insight of the labour market
