North Kent (Across multiple sites)

Full time, 45-hour week

£34,000 - £36,000 per annum (DOE)

My client, an established, growing business within the Construction industry, are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Plant Fitter to join their expanding team located across multiple sites in North Kent!

Our client is looking for a candidate who is motivated and driven and has a positive approach to work, as well as experience within a plant fitting role.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

Solid experience servicing, maintaining and repair work on the following items (not limited too): whacker plates, stihl saws, mini excavators, pedestrian vibe roller etc
Carrying out vehicle inspections as and when necessary
General site maintenance and vehicle maintenance repair
Regular on-site visits to undertake repair work to both vehicles and plant machinery
Ordering parts required for repairs and servicing works
Completing report logs for all repair work and services
Proving support as and when required to other fitters when required
Travelling to multiple sites within the North Kent area
The ideal candidate for this position will have/ be:

Previous solid experience within a plant fitting role
A solid understanding of health and safety (COSHH Regulations)
A positive work attitude
The ability to work well within a team
Able to work within given timeframes
Self – motivated
Able to work to a high standard
