Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic recent graduate, college leaver or Junior QA who is keen to join an award-winning fmcg manufacturer and take on full training to develop a career in Quality Assurance.

The QA Officer will be responsible for:

Undertaking monthly audits
Supporting and helping improve quality and safety standards
Introducing sustainability management to help eliminate waste and reduce costs
Booking and maintaining training courses
Assisting with risk management processes
Becoming a First Aider or Fire Marshall

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Experience in QA is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Mail and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Great time management
A team player with excellent attention to detail

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business that can offer on the job training including Fire Marshal/First Aid, Level 2 HACCP, Level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Health & Safety, Manual Handling and Internal Auditing. Hours for this role will be either Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
