Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Orpington, North Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking EMEA Sales Executive. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

This role will comprise direct sales to existing and new customers, with requirement also for key account management and the management of distributor channels.

Principal Responsibilities:

* To drive sales growth products across the EMEA region.
* Development of key accounts and distribution channels within specific territories across the EMEAR region according to company needs.
* To actively find and develop new customers.
* To handle inquiries from end users and distributors, providing advice on product selection and ownership of such opportunities through to order receipt and payment.
* To collect new product and application ideas through regular dialogue with customers and from industry conferences and publications; contributing to the business's innovation funnel.
* The identification and targeting of new markets and channels, opportunities to grow market share, including the engagement and education of OEM representatives, dealers, and end users and to drive growth through these initiatives.
* To report monthly on the performance of sales across assigned customer base relative to target and details, if performance is below target, on actions and initiatives to recover performance.
* To collect, analyse and make recommendations in relation to user feedback, market trends, competitor activity, emerging applications.
* Monitor the activities of our competitors (including sales programmes, prices, products) and provide updates to the business.
* To provide basic technical support to customers.
* To attend and participate in industry forums and conferences.
* To provide product forecasting details via the CRM system.

Other Relationships (internal and external):

* Internal: Sales and Marketing Department. Engineering Department. Finance. Production Department.
* External: key customers, end user customers, OEM representatives, and dealers.

Skill, Qualities and Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

* Educated to degree level with a scientific qualification.
* Able to demonstrate success in driving profitable sales growth.
* Good understanding of spectroscopic techniques, ideally with experience in spectroscopy.
* Experience in development of new business while achieving growth across existing key accounts.
* Strong motivation and self-discipline to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
* Good level of practical aptitude in handling technical products.
* Demonstrable experience of working in customer focused account management
* Ability to use own initiative to achieve business results.
* Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
* Valid Driving Licence
* Flexibility to travel abroad as per business needs.
