We are a small Therapeutic Community for up to six children, we currently have five. They are aged between 5-12. Our staff team are a very stable, dedicated group and we hold residential, education and therapies on site. The main agenda is to re-parent and recover these children from their early years trauma and reintegrate them back into a family.
We're seeking a dedicated, organised and passionate individual as a full time Therapeutic Care Worker. Hours are shift so anytime between 7.00am-9pm plus a sleep in shift or two per week. Our staff either choose to work a weekend day per week either Saturday or Sunday or to work one full weekend on, one full weekend off if full time. Full time TCWs tend to do 38-42 hours per week as full time, which can be put into 3 long days with four days off. If you could outline your exact availability should you wish to apply for the role, that would be helpful.
Hourly rate is £12 and £45 per sleep in, with time and a half paid on Bank Holidays and double pay on Christmas Day.
(You must hold a full UK Driving License).
