Our client, an established and welcoming Tonbridge based business are keen to expand their team with the introduction of a sales manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales executive looking for a new opportunity or a sales manager looking for a fresh start.

This role is varied, you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary and plan your own days, main tasks will include, responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage sales pipeline and client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
