As the Head of Care, you will also be the Registered Manager in two locations, the role will involve working with and empowering the two Home Managers to deliver high quality, individualised care. You will supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to residents ensuring legal requirements are met together with ensuring that the high levels.

Person specification
•Health and Social Care Diploma level 4/ NVQ level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
•Sound knowledge of CQC standards - Demonstrable experience of regulation compliance within the five key inspection areas of: Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well Led.
•Knowledge of relevant legislation for the provision of Health and Social Care delivery.
•Knowledge of Human Resources management, including people development
•Care Home Audit Experience - Evidence of experience of leadership within a care home or related organisation.
•Initiating improvements and change to raise standards of care. Experience of change management and implementation.
•Demonstrable experience in staff management and supervising a team.
•Proven history and expertise in delivering high quality care (desirable Experience in care for people with neurological conditions).
•Effective performance management skills.
• Must be eligible to register as Registered Care Manager under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
