An amazing opportunity has arisen for a permanent Key Worker to join our client in their specialist care company.

As a Key Worker, you will be key in helping young people develop and implement solid life skills in order for them to fulfil their potential. This role is challenging, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. The environment you will be working in will contribute to life-changing results for the young people. Your drive and ambition for the young people will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

Duties will include:

* Supporting and supervising young people in the community
* Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard the young people
* Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect
* Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping and reports.

To be considered for this role you will need:

* 2 years experience working with Young people over 16
* Full driving license
* A genuine passion for care
* Strong computer literacy
* To be a good team player
* Qualification in Health and Social care.

In return you will receive:

* £24,800 per annum
* 4% pension contribution
* Opportunity to undertake a recognised Health and Social care qualification.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 with 30 minute lunch break.
