MIS Operations Supervisor (United Kingdom (GB)

Salary Circa £37K plus attractive benefits package

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated MIS Operations Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for handling the requests and level 2 incidents assigned to the operational maintenance (MOC), to supervise our infrastructure and to automate and optimise our processes. Responsible for the implementation, supervisory and maintenance of various applications, platforms, and websites.

The Person

Educated to Degree level or equivalent in IT, with demonstratable experience as a MIS Operations Supervisor. Ideally, possesses knowledge of the following technologies: Windows Server, SQL Server, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V), Scheduler, Insight, Nagios, Windows, Linux/CentOS, Azure, Pack Office and Terraform.

This role will interest you if you are a strong communicator, who enjoys providing great customer service to stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to act autonomously, with confidence and problem solve in real time and show a willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
