Our client based in Stanford Le Hope is looking for a Line Leader to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Line Leader in a factory environment.

Duties for the Line Leader:

* Lead the line packing team to achieve daily output, packing efficiency and quality requirements for each product run.
* Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
* Contribute towards the KPIs as set out by the Production Manager and needs of the business and ensure that your team has received the appropriate training to achieve these indicators.
* Monitor quality standards during each product run.
* Ensure that the product is processed and prepared for despatch in accordance with department processes and customer expectations.
* Assess the training needs of Line operatives and ensure that training plans are put in place.
* Assist with administrative duties such as return to work, late shift forms, monitoring of Payroll reports, staff appraisals and days off allocation.

Requirements for Line Leader:

* Previous experience as a line leader in a factory setting.
* Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
* High levels of accuracy.
* The ability to lead a team.
* Time management skills.
