Overseeing a team responsible for compliance monitoring, risk assessing and mitigation, contingency planning, FCA reporting and liaison, process and policy, internal audit and training – this is a role that will see you engaged at all levels. Working with the Board, providing advice and driving best practice across the business at a senior level; building and implementing strategy in a growing company.

The position holds FCA Senior Management Function responsibility –experience of this level is beneficial not essential

You will be provided internal and external support as needed, and able to produce and drive strategy to execute best practice
