We have an amazing opportunity for Food & Beverage Supervisors to join a great team within the education sector. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager, supervising the bar, catering team and working closely with kitchen staff.
In this role you will managing all aspects of stock, preparation of food, serving customers over the counter and completing administrative tasks. To ensure all the Health & Safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.
You must be experienced at a supervisor level and worked in a bar, kitchen or restaurant.
Essential skills required:
* Food Hygiene Certification
* Experience supervising bar/catering staff
* Health & Safety knowledge
* Experience of EPOS and stock management systems
