Salary Circa £43K plus attractive benefits package

The Role

As an Operations Safety Expert, you will be the central interface between Terminal Operations and key Stakeholders, providing regulatory, technical, organisational and human factors expertise, across various departments. Responsible for using operational experience of the Company policies and processes to carry out reviews, analysis, and audit activities to monitor and support continual improvements, in respect of safety, quality and performance. This role will entail expert analysis of the Company Passenger and Freight Terminal Operations performance.


The Person

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, IOSH qualified, with a knowledge of Terminal Operation Regulations. Demonstratable experience working in an Operational Safety Expert role. The ability to communicate in French, in order to liaise and lead meetings with French contacts would be an advantage.

Ability to problem solve, take initiative and work under pressure, whilst working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You must demonstrate confidence in your ability to work autonomously, whilst continuously promoting improvement, quality, and high standards at all times.
