As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
• Generating leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to customers.
• Preparing and delivering proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Following up with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
To be successful in this role as a Sales Agent, you will need:
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Great analysation of the market and ability to react.
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
