Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor required to join an established team in Sandwich. Full time and part time positions are available.

This is a temporary position with the view to go permanent after a successful 16 week probationary period.

Previous retail or hospitality supervisory experience is essential.

Main duties include:

* Supervisor servers in their daily tasks
* Manage and ensure financial transactions are accurate
* Stock management
* Train new starters and provide ongoing guidance
* Handle customer queries
* Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping
* Collaborate with management to implement policies

This role is Monday to Friday from 07:00 with staggered start and finish times. The successful candidate must be flexible to work weekends and evenings to support with events.

Salary - up to £13.20 per hour.
