Experienced Food & Beverage Assistant required to join an established team in Sandwich

This is a temporary position with the view to go permanent after a successful 16 week probationary period.

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate good customer service and communication skills as well as being reliable and well presented. Previous customer service experience is desirable, along with a basic food and hygiene certificate and allergen awareness.

Main duties include:

* Serve a variety of dishes including salads, bread, cocktails, soups, desserts
* Taking cash and electronic payments
* Preparing and packing small items such as pastries and cakes etc
* Maintain clean dining environment
* Making and serving hot drinks such as coffee, tea and hot chocolates

This role is Monday to Friday from 07:00 with staggered start and finish times. The successful candidate must be flexible to work weekends and evenings to support with events.
