Estimator required for busy commercial hard and soft landscaping company, working for main contractors, builders, local authorities, education, and sports clubs. Projects generally from £10,000 > £0.5 million. A good knowledge of pricing construction projects and tender processes would be preferred, although training will be provided to give additional specialist knowledge where required. Working as part of a small team the job may suit an individual with good computer and maths skills with a interest in landscaping/construction and willing to learn a new trade. Mainly computer based pricing using Excel, Access, etc. Driving license an advantage, (access to office is difficult by public transport and occasional site visits to price work will be necessary).
Mainly office based at our modern purpose built offices in a semi rural location as part of our small friendly team, DA12 4AD,
39 hours per week, 21 days holiday, health care scheme optional. We are an equal opportunity employer.
