RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
London - Permanent - full time - Monday to Friday - two alternating shifts (latest finish is 5.30pm).

A lovely, family-feel law practice in London are looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for assisting members of the London office, and your role will involve a huge mix of duties; you definitely won't just be answering the phone! There is plenty of room to build out this role and really make it your own. Duties will include answering and diverting calls, office administration, supply management, carrying out client care, scheduling appointments/meetings, monitoring of the general office and carrying out operational tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
TO APPLY: You must have minimum of 6 months+ law firm/legal practice experience, as either a receptionist/administrator. You will need to be a strong communicator, able to work under pressure and confident in providing first class service to visitors and clients at all times.
