Are you an experienced Quality Engineer seeking a career move to join a team of quality experts within a leading Engineering brand?

The role, with a salary of up to £45k depending on your experience, 25 days plus bank holidays, health care and flexi hours, will see you working as part of the quality team. You will provide the effective communications between internal manufacturing teams, engineering, vendors and customers to maintain the ISO and Quality standards throughout the design, manufacturing and supply chain process, through to final finished products being released.

Working to the highest standards ideal candidates will have gained formal HND/HNC or equivalent qualifications within an engineering discipline and have at least 5 years practical experience to bring to this role.

Key duties for the senior Quality Engineer will include:

* Devise & implement various methods & procedures for inspecting & evaluating the reliability & accuracy of products, processes & production systems.
* Using Quality Tools for the Analysis of defects in materials and products and recommends corrective measures to maintain quality standards.
* Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to support any vendor, in - process and warranty quality product / process issues. Coordinates an aligned team approach to identify root cause analysis and robust permanent corrective action.
* Planning & conducting Internal Audits of plant processes & working practices to ensure compliance & the resolution of any non-conformance.

You will ideally have competency with SAP system and hold a strong communication style, be used to using problem solving skills and hold ability to read drawings and schematics.
