Do you have a sound knowledge of Rents and Service Charge legislation and accounting?
Are you able to achieve strenuous performance targets and deliver at pace?
Clarion Housing provides a range of affordable housing options primarily for those who need them most. With 120,000 homes in management, residents pay a rent and service charge as part of their tenancy or lease agreements.

Working with Development, Housing and Mechanical and Electrical teams you'll gain a thorough understanding of new schemes being built and the services being provided, in order to ensure correct rent and accurate estimates for service charges for all new build properties.
Working with third party agents, Planned Maintenance teams and Business managers you'll have excellent communication skills and be a confident communicator. With a high level of initiative, enthusiasm and motivation along with project and time management skills, you'll be committed to achieving results and ensuring quality of service delivery.

As a part qualified finalist from a recognised CCAB Institute you'll use your analytical techniques to perform reconciliations between various data sets to identify any inconsistencies between charges for rents and services, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice guidelines.
