Trainee Negotiator

With an attractive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of £22,000 to £28,000, depending on your age and prior experience, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

Job Details:
As a Trainee Negotiator, you will receive a competitive basic salary ranging from £15,000 to £20,000. On top of that, you will have the chance to earn commission based on a pool of office income, amounting to £7,000 to £8,000. But that's not all! They offer additional income opportunities such as mortgage appointments, solicitors' income, and referral of listings and lettings business. Their dedicated staff members have been known to earn an extra £2,000 to £6,000 annually through these avenues.

Flexible Working Hours:
Our client understands the importance of work-life balance. You will enjoy regular working hours that allow you to plan your personal life with ease. The office hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. You'll be part of a five-day rota, with one day off during the week, ensuring you have time to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work.
