Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sittingbourne, Kent for a Vehicle Loader
The role entails:
- This is a very physical role and requires the successful candidate to be on their feet all day
- Ensuring that all visiting drivers follow site rules and procedure
- Ensuring that all vehicles are fit for purpose
- Making sure that the premises is kept clean and tidy and that all equipment is stored properly
- Making sure that all equipment is fit for purpose
- Ensuring that the correct equipment is used by visiting drivers
- Making sure that drives are directed to the correct area for loading
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental systems and procedures
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided
- This role is very physical and requires the successful candidate to be on their feet all day
- A driving licence is not essential but is preferred
- Being able to work independently and as part of a team
Other details:
- Day Shift = £10.94 per hour + holiday pay
- Night Shift = £11.97 per hour + holiday pay
- A rotating pattern of Days and Nights
- 6 week shift pattern
- Weekly average of 42 hours
