We have a great opportunity for a Credit Controller
Duties will include
Work as a team to process all cash receipts (BACS, cheques & credit card receipts)
Investigate and resolve all cash receipts where remittances are missing
Maximise debt recovery within terms
To maintain comprehensive audit trail of all communications
To ensure the recovery of debt is appropriate
Carry out regular account reviews for unallocated cash/credit notes
Identify accounts in financial difficulty
Build strong customer relationships and excellent customer service.
Raise customer refund requests.
Place overdue client accounts on hold where necessary
Experience required
Previous experience of working within Credit Control
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages, including basic Excel skills
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Good attention to detail
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary £20-22k per annum
9 Month Contract with a view of longer
