Responsibilities:

As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting the managing partner in the Private Client department. Your full caseload will include the following areas:
• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Trusts
• Estate administration
• Probate (including some contentious cases)

We understand that you may not have experience in all areas of Private Client law, but this position presents an excellent opportunity to learn and grow alongside a very experienced private client solicitor. Whether you are newly qualified, at the midlevel of your career, or a senior professional looking for long-term partnership prospects, we welcome your application.

Location: Hastings
Working Hours: 3-4 days per week, 9am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break. We prioritize work-life balance, and everyone leaves promptly at 5pm!
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
