Duties include:
• Meet and greet customers and offer a full range of support with their needs and requirements.
• Keep up to date with products to ensure customers get the best service possible.
• Take payments and process customer orders.
• Resolve any customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all products are organised and displayed correctly.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and optimal stock levels.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• A strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Happy to work in a busy environment in a hands-on role.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
