Job Advert: Warehouse Manager

They are seeking a dynamic individual to lead their warehouse team and play a key role in exciting initiatives such as relocation, recruitment, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and allocate daily tasks to Warehouse Operatives.
• Train, mentor, and develop the warehouse team to meet delivery demands.
• Ensure timely completion of day-to-day warehouse tasks.
• Implement warehouse tasks and systems aligned with company objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to Warehouse Operatives.
• Oversee daily carrier operations.
• Report to the Operations Manager and implement their directives.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels during staff annual leave.
• Plan stock levels efficiently.
• Coordinate production planning for labeling and M&D.
• Collaborate with other teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Manage bulk deliveries and collections through supply chain partners.
• Attend daily company meetings via Teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar warehouse environment.
• Forklift qualification (preferred).
• Understanding of "Lean" principles (preferred).
• Familiarity with MRP systems.
• Ability to work towards strict OTIF targets.
• Implement QC standards to ensure product quality.
• Efficient resource management and allocation based on workload.
• Strong motivational skills to meet delivery demands.
• Excellent upward management and reporting abilities.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week, flexible between 6 am and 6 pm.
