Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to meet business requirements
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences

Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Passion for the restaurant industry and a drive to continuously learn and grow
