Luxury Watch Technicians - highly competitive salary for the right candidates!

Our client is seeking technicians to work in various sequential stages of luxury watch repair and servicing. The different areas include disassembly, waterproofing & cleaning, and end casing.

Each role involves being part of a small, but dedicated, team focusing on servicing and/or repairing watches to a consistently high standard and performing to strict working methods and SOPs. Duties include, but are not limited to: visually inspecting and distinguishing worn/damaged parts (maintaining a stock of spare parts); repairs and adjustments; maintenance of precision tools; waterproof testing; cleaning of cases and/or bracelets; logging all service work; quality control; maintaining targets within required deadlines; and keeping high standards of workstation organisation and tidiness.

Candidates with a background of working in watch repairs, jewellery, PCB assembly or even fine art are encouraged to apply. We need someone with an exceptional eye for detail, exacting standards, able to work with minute precision in a consistent way, loves problem-solving and has a calm and methodical nature.

Essential:

* Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Experienced in working to strict operating standards and procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus
* A good level of dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination
* A high degree of accuracy and precision
* Good written and oral communication skills
* An interest in watches

Desirable:

* Grade C or above at GCSE Level in Art or Craft Design & Technology
* Previous experience working as part of a small team
* Previous experience working with high-grade product
