Site manager - Lewisham - Internals on 15 unit apartment scheme

Your new company
The company is a successfull local house builder focussed on smaller private schemes in the SE london area. With several live projects ranging from 10 - 20 units on site and further schemes starting shortly a role has now opened up for a site manager. The initial requirement is for 3-4 months to help finish/handover an ongoing scheme in the lewisham area - Future works to follow for the right candidate.

Your new role
As site manager you will be number 1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager - You will be responsible for all site based activity on a day to day basis including sub contract management/direction, Health and safety adherence, quality control, client liaison and managing the site team through 2nd fix/finishing stages to client handover.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with a background in internals/finishing's on residential schemes, You will be comfortable working as a number one, Be available for the next 3 months minimum and hold valid first aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications
