Super new role.... would make the ideal opportunity for someone to move out of a call centre / high volume role into a position with a people-driven and culture focused company!

Established and well-recognised in the sector for their quality of service, this company are looking for a new claims team member to join them and can interview right away!

Joining a company committed to excellence, this is a rewarding and fulfilling role that will see you have opportunity to take on responsibility - managing customer journeys from initiation to completion

You will be part of a team involved at all stages of the claims process, progressing claims to positive outcome - with ongoing training and access to support, you will gather information and evidence, liaise internally and externally, progress claims and update policy holders, produce reports and decisions through to settlement; using a varied skillset that isn't volume-based call or complaint handling!

Salary £26-30,000

Tonbridge based offices with parking; but also hybrid and remote working

25 days holiday + bank holiday; company pension scheme; charity days and events; more benefits!

If you have experience in claims, either managing end-to-end processes, or perhaps involved at a particular stage focus such as first notification, this could suit you!
