Your new company
A well established 5 star house-builder with multiple multi-phased sites across the Kent and South East region. With a focus on quality as well as quantity they now seek an experienced site manager to join the management team for an ongoing project in East Kent. The Scheme is a traditional development eventually totalling 300 units.

Your new role
You will be working within a settled senior management team working as number 1 on site. The site is multi-phased at various stages, as such you will be expected to oversee units from groundwork's through to completion. You will be responsible for subcontract management, quality control, health and safety and getting the units delivered to programme via your team, you will be involved in all aspects of the project including regular reporting and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
A clear background managing 100+ unit sites with a recognised house builder alongside Timber frame experience and valid first aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications
