Site manager, Stable Main Contractor, 1st scheme residential project, Sevenoaks, 15 units. perm £competitive

A Kent based main contractor with a long history of delivering a mix of residential and commercial schemes across the South East. With 10 live projects currently and a further 2 to start shortly sites are are typically in the £2 - 10 Mill range with a bias towards educational and residential. As a business the client base is predominantly repeat clients and framework schemes resulting in an extremely stable workload and turnover. Due to a recent internal move a role has opened up for a Site manager to oversee a new scheme in the West Kent area, a smaller residential project totalling 15 units.
Your new role
As site manager you will be tasked with overseeing a new 15 unit scheme near Sevenoaks, Kent. project is a Traditional build private development on behalf of a client and starting imminently. As site manager you will be the sole manager on site controlling all activities and reporting to a visiting contracts manager. Your day to day duties will include Su contract management and direction, Health and safety enforcement, Monitoring and reporting on progress against programme, Client & stakeholder liaison, day to day troubleshooting and generally ensuring the smooth & safe running of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with evidence of running similar schemes previously as a no.1, you will hold valid 1st aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications and be looking for a permanent role in the Kent area,
