Site Manager - Decent homes/occupied refurbishment, South East London £50 - 55k p/a

Your new company
A well established local main contractor specialising in Local authority works across both refurbishment and new build sectors. Works are spread across South East London and typically include multi-year static schemes with large specialist site teams. Due to a recent Major contract award they now seek an experienced Site manager to join a multi-year scheme near Lewisham, the Project involves all aspects of refurbishment including externals, inc EWI, roofing works, Windows, doors etc, And all internals including K&B's, M&E upgrades and decorating.

Your new role
As site manager you will form part of a 15 strong site based technical team, given your own section of work to complete. You will be responsible for quality control, checking progress of works, Health and safety, sub contract management and generally ensuring the smooth day to day running of the site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a strong occupied refurbishment background, externals or internals experience welcomed. You will hold valid first aid, CSCS and SMSTS tickets, be within commutable distance of SE London and be looking for a long term permanent opportunity
