My client is an innovative business looking to recruit Finance Manager.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will drive the month end cycle to ensure quality financial information is shared across the business, supporting key commercial decisions. This diverse role will see the successful candidate also deliver the monthly management accounts and board packs, including all commercial commentary on business performance. You`ll review processes and costs to ensure the business is operating efficiently and manage a refined KPI dashboard. You`ll assist with annual budgets and forecasts with additional responsibility for overseeing the maintenance of the ledgers.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent) with prior experience gained ideally gained with a services based environment. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent IT capabilities, with a particular strength in Excel required. You will also be an effective communicator and business partner with the ability to work with operational and production teams.
