Graduate Building Surveyor Wanted in Epsom

Your new role
This opportunity involves undertaking a broad range of surveying duties for various private and Local Authority Clients across a wide variety of sectors. Exciting projects include prime and super prime residential properties, office buildings, theatres and shopping centres predominantly in London and the Southeast.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate will be expected to drive the projects forward in a proactive manner, be a team player, focused on excellence in service delivery and communications with clients and contractors alike, be extremely organised, personable and have a keen attention to detail.
* Assist in undertaking measured and residential and commercial building surveys
* Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications.
* Assist in preparing Schedules of Condition and Awards for Party Wall matters.
* Assist in the role of Contract Administrator.
