We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Legal Secretary to join a leading law firm, supporting their specialist Personal Injury team!

Part-Time basis (3 days per week) – up to £26,000 (pro rata) – Eastbourne!

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary for our client, a highly regarded, innovative law firm. The desired candidate will ideally have prior personal injury experience and come from a medical secretarial background, however this is not essential to the role. Excellent typing skills are however required, along with the ability to effectively prioritise workload and a proactive, positive approach.

This role will provide key support to the Personal Injury Department, it’s fee earners and cover the following duties:

Audio Dictation
Typing
Client Correspondence
Dealing with client enquires via phone and email.
Attendance notes
Bundles
