KHR has partnered with a specialist manufacturer based in North Kent that has facilities across the UK and Europe.

Due to continued success, the business has come to market to find and secure an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to assist the Group Head of Marketing to manage the UK marketing activities that support growth and sales
goals.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive:

- Exhibition planning and organisation - optimising the total cost with the return
- Design and develop UK content including photography, videography, and copywriting for a suite of assets for the business to deploy for the direct customer as well as distributor use.
- Support the Group Head of Marketing to manage 3 company websites. Ensure a commercial approach and an effective customer experience
- Manage PPC campaigns
- Manage and set appropriate Investment levels in SEO and PPC initiatives
- Ensure the main UK website is performing at its best (SEO, web sales, enquiries, etc.) Ensure the International - Website and other sites are delivering leads that will drive overseas sales
- Assist with the upkeep of Group websites
- Proactively report on areas for improvement on the website based on ongoing change trends and observations
- Support the launch of new products once agreed upon and develop literature, website landing pages, and customer advocate case studies to provide to the sales team
- Support the Group Head of Marketing with ad-hoc requests from the Sales Team
- Be passionate about understanding products
- Be commercially aware - Have a thorough understanding of financials and budget management
- Reporting - Be able to benchmark and clearly and concisely report on progress on a monthly basis

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of circa 5 years of hands-on product marketing experience
- Be creative and innovative
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Hold a relevant marketing degree or professional qualification - preferred
- Ability to work in all aspects of Marketing, digital and traditional
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking to make customers' experiences better
- Must have experience administering websites and making changes via a Content Management System (CMS). Experience in Magento and WordPress is preferential, but not essential as long as you can demonstrate previous website CMS experience
- Previous experience setting up and maintaining successful PPC campaigns
- SEO - You should have and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of SEO
- Photoshop - Experience in photo editing software is not essential but is preferential
- Experience working with agencies for website support (preferential, not essential)
- Able to clearly articulate and visualise ideas
