Fabrication Supervisor

£28,000 - £33,500 DOE
Monday – Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity for a supervisor to join our client’s Manufacturing team as a Supervisor for the Fabrication team, who are at an exciting point of expansion, in their brand-new facilities based in Ashford!

Duties will include:
• Encouraging and motivating the fabrication team to reach KPI’s and be productive with workload.
• Dealing with breakdowns and fixing any problems with CNC machines and any other tools, in order to limit downtime.
• Confirming all materials are available and ready for use in good time.
• Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are being adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working from technical drawings and/or diagrams.
• Able to work effectively as a team, in order to promote cost effective production, whilst maintaining high levels of product quality.
• The ability to lead a team effectively, whilst being a role model for others to look up to.
