Experienced Claims Handler- Dartford
Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Experienced Claims Handler to join their established Insurance Brokers based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their friendly and supportive team.
The role entails:
• Handling a claim from start through to settlement
• Processing new insurance claims
• Communicating with policyholders and liaise with external experts
• Investigate potential fraudulent claims
• Ensuring a claim is handled fairly and the costumer receives excellent service in accordance with guidelines
The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:
• At least 4 years’ experience working as a general claim’s handler
• Experience with General claims and Goods in Transit insurance
• Ability to deal with claims proactively for the client
• Ability to deal with recovery of a clients uninsured loss claims
• Passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Good organisation skills
Salary and benefits:
• The salary for this role is between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience
• Onsite parking
• This is a Full-Time permanent position
• Private Health cover
• Contributory pension
• 5 weeks holiday a year + bank holidays
• Monday to Friday 9-5 with an hour break
• Office based
