We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Team Leader for our client, an established garden centre in Upminster, to join their busy mobile team.

Hours of work will generally be 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, however, this is a very busy team with a heavy workload and often you may work longer hours depending on the client's needs on that day.

Duties will include making sure your team delivers a high standard of work across all sites. You must have substantial experience using grounds maintenance machinery and have strong leadership skills. Health and safety awareness is a must and PA1/PA6 is essential.

You will also need to be comfortable with heights as you may be working on roof gardens or going up ladders.

A driving licence is a MUST as you will need to drive the company vehicles.
