This is an exciting, brand new role within which you will join an expanding company with opportunity to implement your own ideas and process improvements, undertake further qualifications, and in the mid-to-longer term potentially manage a team

Working alongside a team of Project Managers, you will lead responsibility for Quantity Surveying across all key UK projects; including duties such as:

- Project planning and cost control, putting together estimates and project commerciality plans
- Supplier management - reviewing and agreeing contracts, purchase order management
- Progress reporting - forecasting and budget control, managing project variances
- Commercial reporting and submission of final accounts
- Document control, payment submission and client interactions

Could be an ideal role for someone keen to come away from lots of site visitation into something more Head Office based
Or perhaps someone looking for a step forwards after 1+ year experience, or even seeking a more flexible role - as this could be office based, hybrid or fully remote

Salary with experience £40-45,000
