Litigation Legal Secretary, Tonbridge – c£26,000
Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and respected legal 500 law practice.
Required to join the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, you will be an experienced Litigation Secretary with a passion for Audio typing, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Providing full support to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial / PA capacity with some of the main duties including:-
Audio typing of lengthy dictations
Complex document production
Diary management
Email management
Monthly reports
Regular billing management for various clients
Draft email/correspondence
Opening / Closing of files
Money laundering compliance
Conflict check compliance
Preparation of expense claims
Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
Preparing bundles
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
Mon-Fri 9-5:30
Free Parking
22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Death in Service Insurance
