Job Title: Telesales Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Aylesford, Kent
We at Capital Cleaning, a rapidly growing company that specializes in the distribution of cleaning products and associated services, are looking for a talented and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team for a maternity cover of 10 months with the possibility of full-time employment thereafter. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales calls and emails, building relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Attend trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to promote our products/services
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
