The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a number of Assembly Operatives to work in our clients large production facility based in Segensworth, Hampshire.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

Working from schematic drawings and diagrams to assemble electrical devices
Using hand tools
Working to strict assembly instructions from manuals
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Helping to manufacture internal components of computers and tablets
Soldering, wiring and crimping
Working with PCBs and motherboards
The production facility includes:

A large, modern canteen with tea, coffee, milk, dishwashers, fridges, toasters, microwaves provided
Comfortable benches
Outdoor communal areas
A pool table and a dart board
Plenty of free parking on site
Previous electrical assembly experience is highly essential for this role. The company manufacture computers and tablets, so candidates without previous experience will not be considered.

The company runs different shift patterns, including early shifts, day shifts and late shifts. You can choose your preferred shift, and you will always work at those times. The shift options available are:

Early shift - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
Day shift - 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
Late shift - 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday

The standard pay rate is £10.25 per hour. Any unsociable hours worked (before 08:00, after 17:00) will be paid at a premium rate of £13.25 per hour. This means that the first two hours of the early shift, the last five hours of the late shift and all of the night shift will be paid at the premium rate.

This is for an immediate start, and a full-time, ongoing contract, with potential to earn a permanent contract.
