We are proud to be working in partnership with East Kent College and are recruiting for Skills Practitioner - Civil Engineering.

The Role:

You will work to provide Learning and Technical support to staff and students within the Division and will undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies. The successful candidate will be required to deliver demonstrations in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within the Group.

The successful candidate will have a key responsibility for instilling and upholding strong Health & Safety standards in practical environments, provide feedback to students that will aid successful progression and achievement and stock control to include ordering and issuing of supplies.



Person Spec:

The ideal candidate will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area. Ideally, they will have experience of education or involvement in training in the workplace. They will be able to work with young people to achieve and succeed their full potential aligned with the culture and ethos of the Group. The candidate should be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and facilitate learners on tasks.



This role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday and we would be looking for the successful candidates to start as soon as possible subject to the completion of vetting checks.
