We are working with a local school in Tonbridge to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator to join their expanding team:
The role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls
- General Administration
- Meeting and greeting visitors - following stringent procedures
- Liaising with students and their queries
- Managing student appointments / liaising with parents
