My client is looking to recruit a Head of HR for a charity based in Kent. The business is looking to add a high calibre individual to drive through changes and improvements.

The role will be responsible for providing operational guidance to the team and strategic support to the senior management team by providing commercially focused HR solutions, supporting the business through change, support and inspire individuals to reach their full potential and foster a high performing culture.

Key responsibilities will include;

- Working closely with the SMT and the HR team to deliver a best in class HR provision to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement HR specific operational strategies and initiatives to support the delivery of business strategy
- Managing the change process to ensure that there is no drop in outputs from the team and that change is championed
- Instil talent management initiatives to ensure improved attraction, retention and development of staff
- Communicate and reinforce the company`s values and beliefs about people to develop a high performing organisation.
- Manage the ER work streams to ensure statutory compliance and the best possible outcome for the organisation
- For this role it essential that candidates have worked at a similar level and are CIPD Qualified.

Strong HR directing experience is essential, and the ability to work closely and advise the senior management team on all areas of HR.  Extensive experience of managing recruitment and retention strategies, advising line managers on all manner of ER issues and managing change projects is essential.
