We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our CDD Operational Excellence Manager for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of our award winning team, who conduct customer due diligence on new and existing customers.

As our CDD Operational Excellence Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing our quality assurance framework
• Supporting process improvement ensuring we remain compliant with policy and regulation
• Working alongside the Head of CDD on projects
• Attending forums, representing the CDD team
Skills required of our CDD Operational Excellence Manager:
• Proven record of applying AML and CTF policy and regulation in a day to day role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, working to tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Confidence and experience of communicating in an variety of ways, to all levels
